How do I get started with JC Photo Album?
We only sell to professional photographers. Please go to the Login section and complete the registration form.  Once you have completed your registration you will be able to log in and access our online ordering system.  

Can I get help placing my order?
If you have any questions, or are struggling with an order, or simply want to ensure you are doing it correctly, then please contact us via email or phone during regular business hours. We are always happy to chat and help out.

How long will my order take?
This will depend on the product you have ordered.

PREMIUM ALBUM RANGE – *Free Shipping Service / 17 – 25 business days …*Priority Shipping Service / 13-18 business days

We do occasionally receive a very high volume of orders which can affect our typical production time. If you require a product urgently, or by a certain date, please make a note in the comments box when you place your order and we will do our upmost to deliver in time. You can check on the progress of any order, please via email or call us for an update.

How do I pay for my order?
Payments are to be made prior to despatch or on collection of your order. We do not offer credit facilities as goods are customised and specially made to your order. Payment may be made via Visacard, Mastercard, Direct Bank Deposit.  If you are paying by direct bank deposit the funds are to be received prior to your order going into production.

Can I get studio sample products at a discounted price?
Yes! We offer discounts for studio samples – Please contact us via email or phone to arrange.

Wedding Photo Album Maintenance

Here are some guides you could follow to preserve your professional wedding photo album, or even to pass it down from generation to generation.

• Do not expose the photo album to extreme changes in temperature or humidity.
• Avoid storing the wedding photo album in direct sunlight.
• Do not rub near the imprinting or embossing.
• Use fingertips rather than fingernails to turn photo pages.
• Keep the wedding albums flat when browsing or storing.
• Place you photo album back into its presentation box or storage bag after browsing.

Tips:

*The ideal storage conditions for your Wedding albums or Photo Albums are temperatures between 15C to 35C and humidity between 40% to 50%

*Dust your album as needed with a soft, dry cloth. Never use a damp cloth for inner photo pages.

Terms of Trade

All transactions between us are subject to our Terms of Trade as contained herein and subsequently amended.   This Term & Privacy policy may be changed by JC Photo Album with or without notice. Please review this page for changes. Continued use of this web site constitutes your agreement of any such changes.

Authority to print images
It is confirmed that whether by way of copyright ownership or otherwise you have authority to and do grant us permission to print all the images you submit to us and that you will indemnify us from any liabilities or costs that we may incur as a result of claims to the contrary.

Claims for goods damaged in transit
Prior to dispatch, we carefully inspect all goods. If any goods have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and notify both us and the courier promptly. Goods will need to be returned to us for an assessment. We will re-supply any goods damaged in transit as soon as possible.

Returns
As all our products are custom made to order, they cannot be accepted for return.

Right to refuse supply
As JC Photo Album  is a wholesaler we reserve the right to refuse to supply customers who aren’t deemed to be professional photographers.
